new 4003 problems

I Have just got a new 4003 with a supervisor III engine 18 port Gbic card and a 24 port RJ Gbic card. System starts OK all lights go green. After about 6 minutes the active ports and the two additional cards go red and stop working. I have searched allsort of documentation but can't find any thing. Any suggestions.

Hi,

Cat4003 doesn't support the Sup3. The cat4003 can only have the Sup1.

If you are talking about the 4006 chassis, and sup3- What software version

Check to see if the chassis is CAT4503. Attach a console cable to the port and paste the output of it
