I need to get a new flash IOS image onto my router. By mistake I loaded an IOS image onto the router that seems to be to big for memory to run.
I found a page on the cisco support site that shows how to use xmodem via the console port but it does not find the image.
i used the following command....
xmodem -c c2600-io3-mz.122-10a.bin
and i get the following output....
rommon 4 > xmodem -c c2600-io3-mz.122-10a.bin
Do not start the sending program yet...

I cant seem to get past this......... any help would be appreciated. I just need to get a new IOS image onto this router. it is a 2611.
