I am new to Network Management and I purchased Cisco Works for Windows 6.0. I need to start at the beginning on how to utilize these tools. Does anyone know of some CD based training or books that you can purchase for someone to start at the beginning with NM? I have received some presentations and downloaded a bunch of PDF's, but I am looking for a more step by step approach....

Go to www.cisco.com/training and use the “Training Locator” to find the course CWFUN (Cisco Works 2000 Fundamentals). This is the place to start.
