Newbie needs to bridge across a serial link

I've got two LANs that are soon going to be connected via two T-1's. I want to bridge the ethernet LANs over the serial links, so the same address block exists on both sides. The plan is to use a 3620 on one end and a 1720 on the other. No routing will be done through these boxes.

Where can I find an overview of how to set up this bridge?

I hope you understand the full consequences of bridging across a serial link like what you've said. What people usually do is bridge ONLY certain protocols (those that are not routable like LAT) and route anything that is routable. If you have any question please let me know.

No, I don't yet understand the full consequences of bridging across the serial link. We have a consultant CCIE doing the actual design of our links between sites. Bridging over the T-1s is what he has recommended doing. I could just let him do it and then look at the results, but I'll learn it better if I can figure out on my own how it should be done.
