I'd like to install nGenius on a seperate server as the doc suggests. It appears it is unnecessary to install CD1 of Ciscoworks to do this. My question is, should I install Ciscoworks CD1 and then nGenius? and if so, why does it benefit me by doing so. My primary Ciscoworks server runs everything else in the LMS bundle except nGenius.

No, nGenius RTM does not requires CD-One to be installed first. nGenius RTM is a seprate application and does not depend on any other CW2000 application for install. You can install RTM directly on your other server.

I've installed nGenius by itself on a seperate server and things look good. Thanks for your help.

Also, from last year's networkers, it is suggested not to run them both on the same machine...memory issues and such...I have them split and they are as happy as can be.
