I believe that you CANNOT use these two together. I tried a while ago in a 3640 running IOS version 12 and in the end had to exchange the NM-1E2W for a fast ethernet version NM-1FE2w card which worked ok. May be worth a look at the very latest version 12 IOS's as they may have overcome this issue but I believe that you are in for an expensive upgrade.
I confirm. The NM-1E2W, NM-1E1R2W, and NM-2E2W Network Modules don't have enough performance to support the WIC-2T.
