NM-4T with Ericsson IOG11

I am trying to connect a serial line in a CISCO 4500 with NM-4T to the Ericsson IOG11. This equipment have a port that can handle sync connections with assymetric speed (256 uplink and 64 downlink) Is this a physical problem? (solved only with adjustment in the pinouts?)
