no PAgP logging on cat 4006 after sofware upgrade to 7.3

After upgrading software, "show logging" no longer lists the pagp facility and there are no more "%PAGP-5-PORTFROMSTP:Port 1/3 left bridge port 1/3" messages in the log...

PAgP was available in versions prior to 7.1(1). In versions 7.1(1) and above PAgP is replaced with IEEE 802.3ad Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP).
