Dear All,
We have sucessfully configured a trunk between cisco CCM <-------> Nortel.
Call from CCM network is landing in nortel network even thy cant listen our voice...... call connection is sucessfully established but we cannot listen voice from nortel network to cisco.
How can we resolve this isue?? kindly help

Most likely, nortel is not able to reach cisco phones.

Hi,
Do u mean to say the return traffic from nortel to cisco???
But all the SIP ports are opened and prerequisites have been checked.

If it had been done properly, it would be working.
Recommend you engage a reputable consultant or certified cisco partner.

Can u pls recomment me any checks to be done on Nortel before i can proceed with the experts.
