Not able to AL data on nGenius for Certain VLAN's

Hi,

I have the following config:

1)nGenius -> Ver 1.4

2)WS-X6380-NAM -> Patch: c6nam-2.1-patch-9-0

3)Cat 6509 -> Sw1: 6.3(2)

When I launch nGenius -> Traffic Monitor -> Switch tab -> All Switch ports.

On certain VLAN, I can see DL/NL/AL data, but on certain VLAN, I can't, these VLANs are active.

Please help.

1) Make sure that you have installed the RTM 1.4 SP7 patch from CCO. It is recommended

2) Delete the switch from RTM Server

3) Do a set span disable on the switch

4) Session into the NAM and run the command 'config clear' and re-boot the NAM

5) Once the NAM comes back on-line, add the switch with the NAM back into RTM 1.4

6) Using RTM, SPAN the source to the NAM again and then launch Traffic Monitor again to see if you get the data or not.
