Not able to log on to AGM module via session command in Cat 4506

Hi all,

During troubleshooting of Cat 4506 switch with Access gateway module installed in it.I had logged in the AGM via session command from the Cat 4506. Once I had logged in the AGM (IOS ver 12.105 YF) I had issued a write erase and reload for the AGM. After the AGM had booted up. I was unable to login into the AGM via Cat 4506 switch( using session command) but I was able to log via console.

The AGM is installed in module 2 of cat 4506 switch So when I use the session command (session <module number>) to access the AGM from switch. I get the following message on the console window

Trying Intglinecard - 2

Session: Unable to tunnel to Intglinecard - 2 (57).

Can some one help me on this issue. Do I need to enable few commands on switch so that I can have the session login back ?

Thanks and regards,

Pradeep

I think the issue is with the AGM . You can go through the following document to find some troubleshooting information for AGM.
