     Are the hard drives hot swappable?  We have at least one drive that is failing.

Hello my name is Patrick with Cisco eSupport.

I can confirm that hot swapping will work with the nss300 devices. You can see that in the datasheet here:

I would imagine as long as it is not a RAID 0 configuration that you will have no difficulty swapping the drives. Let me know how it goes and if you need any more help.
