NTP and cisco 1700 series

Is NTP for the cisco IOS available only on the enterprise versions of software? I have a cisco 1700 series router with IOS c1700-y-mz.122-15.T7.bin on and am unable to configure NTP. Does cisco support NTP for the 1700 series routers?

NTP is supported in IOS starting with the IP Plus feature set.

Minimal configuration to enable NTP is:

router(config)#ntp server

You should also configure the timezone, because NTP supplies UTC time:

router(config)#clock timezone

If you run IP only IOS, you can alternatively use SNTP, a scaled down version of NTP.
