IS there a way to configure NTP in a remote router synching with the NTP Server thru ISDN in a much lesser time?
By default the synching time is too frequent and the ISDN is always up because of that.

Do you need NTP when the ISDN is up? By creating a ACL would deny the services through the ISDN link.
access-list 101 deny udp any any eq ntp
dialer-list 1 protocol ip list 101
