NVRAM

What command do you type to see how much NVRAM is in 3640 router. I used show version command to find out how much NVRAM is in it. Is there any command that will show same information?. Thanks

ALtaf

Re: NVRAM

Type the command - DIR

This will show the files you have stored and the amount of flash used/available.

dir system:

will show you what your configuration files are. There are no sizes given to these files with this command.

Re: NVRAM

on the 3640 you can do a dir nvram: and it will show the size of nvram as well as the amount of free nvram.

3600-2#dir nvram:

Directory of nvram:/

123 -rw- 1078 startup-config

124 ---- 46 private-config

1 -rw- 12 persistent-data

2 -rw- 0 ifIndex-table

3 -rw- 1329 snif1.enc
