I don't think there are whole lot of difference between SONET APS and SDH MSP except for the fact that they are using different type of framing modes. I am not sure in which box you are looking for SDH MSP config ( like router or ONS etc). If it is router, it is the same config as APS but you have to change the framing mode to SDH.
