OEM Memory and SMARTNet

Does anybody know if a SMARTNet contract keeps valid even though I upgrade flash and dram with oem memory (means: cisco certified memory).

Using Cisco Certified memory certainly doesn't invalidate a warranty. My experience is that even using non-certified memory generally isn't a big deal -- they may ask you to try certified memory to see if a problem continues, but I doubt they'd void a warranty over it.
