Offline DM Password recovery on CSS

I am looking for info regarding the recovery of the Offline DM Password on a CSS 11000.

I am managing a CSS 11000 which was managed by another person who has since left our company and unfortunately did not document the passwords to this piece of equipment. Any info regarding this problem is appreciated

Thanks for the reply but I've seen this page. This is not the password I need to reset. I need access to the offline diag menu which itself is secured by a password.

That page suggests a call to TAC. At this point, I don't want to open a case for this due to contract issues.
