OID to extract the time elapsed since last clear interface counters command

I need to extract the time elapsed since the interface counters ( both serial interface and Fastethernet )were cleared for the last time.Is there any specific OID to retreive this information from Cisco 3600 & Cisco 7507 routers.

The counters themselves will be retrievable, but the elapsed time since the last clearing most likely will not as this is associated only with the EXEC counters.
