old hosts do not get cleared out

We're running CW2K 2.1 in a switched Cat 5500 environment. When running the user tracking report, I noticed that the old hosts do not get cleared out, so that the report shows multiple hosts on the same port even though most of these hosts have long been gone.

Has anybody seen this and knows how to fix it?

Hello,

With the User Tracking window open, select the Edit pulldown menu then Preferences. In the new window that pops up, select the Delete tab.

This is where you can adjust this setting.
