only a few icmp redirects send

I got a 5509-RSM, Ver 12.0(7)T and got only a few icmp redirects on my token ring interface (in vlan888 type trbf) which is allowed to send redirects. cef is enabled but it also doesn't work with "no ip cef". ip route-cache same-interface is enabled. There is no hint in bugtraq. Is there anyone with similar experiences ?
