operator action for SNMP traps

I am trying to document certain mib traps related to mobile ip, AAA, PDSN and could not find information related to what the operator is supposed to do in the event of this alarm. Like for eg, cCdmaSessionRegReqFailedNotif..this is mobile ip registration failed? What do we expect the operator to do for such a trap?
