To establish OSPF adj. in NBMA network do you need neighbour command on both sides(Hub and Spoke) or using neighbour command on hub will be enough.

If I remember correctly, you do not need to specify neighbors on spokes as long as you set the OSPF priority to 0 on the spoke interface.
