this command prevents flooding of all OSPF LSAs to broadcast, nonbroadcast, or point-to-point networks reachable through interface.
if your ospf network type is point to multipoint,you can use "neighbour database-filter" ,
just be careful,these commands will filter all LSAs.
If you just want to filter some LSAs in ABR,you can use "area filter-list",IOS 12.2 support this feature.
