output interpreter error

Hi!,

     Im trying to analyze some "show tech" outputs on the output interpreter but im getting this error message. i tried in 4 diferent web browsers and the problem still exist... can anyone tell me what other tool can I use?  or what can i do to fix this with OI.

Gateway Timeout

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

Well it looks like it is an issue with a proxy server sat between you and Cisco. Are you trying to submit a large amount of text? There is an option to upload the show-tech as a file rather than pasting in the window. Have you tried that?
