As our server group converts Novel servers from IPX to IP the 3640 routers in those locations experience a jump in utilization from an average of 8% to over 80% during the day and never going below 30% at night with very little activity on any interface.
Any suggestions.

In case you haven't seen this link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1828/products_tech_note09186a00800a70f2.shtml
Do a show proc cpu | exc 0.00, what is causing the high cpu? Post the output if you want. What is the memory like, is there a memory leak (ie a process not releasing the mem)?

Do you have two 3640's routing between the same two ethernet segments? If so, make sure only one of the routers has IPX type-20 propagation enabled, otherwise these packets may become a broadcast storm.
