PA-FE-FX insert hot into Cisco 7206

Can someone advise me if a PA-FE-FX can be "hot" inserted into Cisco 7206 without causing problems or outage ?

Any tip will be much appreciated

Yes, it does support OIR and should cause no problems at all:

However, I would still recommend that you do it when the traffic passing through the router is low.
