PA-T3+ and 7120-T3

I need to add a second T3 interface to my 7120-T3. Can I install the PA-T3+ in my 7120-T3? and if so what minimum IOS would I need?

The PA-T3+ is indeed supported on the 7120 and requires a minimum of 12.1(9)E, 12.2(7)T or 12.3(1).
