packet loss on a cat 3548xl

i have a domino server connect with dual eth aon my cat switch and not works properly. I check the connection and the switch and have this :

Data1#sh controllers ethernet-controller fa0/21

5245 Alignment errors

3178 Collision fragments

cann some one tell me what is ?

The problem could be a duplex mismatch. How is your switch configured, and how is the server configured?
