Packet Loss over Multilink BRI ?

I have a 2611 4port Bri card connecting to ISP @ 256K using Multilink BRI.

Connection OK . With all channels nailed open . Pings are ok with no packet loss. DNS seems fine BUT browsing through NAT to the Internet, http traffic is erratic , Basic www pages will sometimes come up other times just time out.

Some pages start OK, but two or three levels in just stop.

What tools are avaliable to debug this problem ?

Re: Packet Loss over Multilink BRI ?

You might have a look at

show ppp multilink (look for reorders, lost fragments, etc)

show interface (look for drops, input/output errors)

debug ppp error

debug ip error

Re: Packet Loss over Multilink BRI ?

The most likely error is

00:04:12: IP: s=10.51.10.100 (FastEthernet0/1), d=255.255.255.255, len 276, dispose udp.noport

00:04:12: IP: s=10.51.10.100 (FastEthernet0/1), d=255.255.255.255, len 328, dispose udp.noport

Is this the problem ? If so what causes this ?

Re: Packet Loss over Multilink BRI ?

This isn't really a big problem by default; all it means is that a UDP packet was processed for a UDP port that cannot be processed (for any number of reasons).
