Password Required, But .....

When attempting to Telnet to a Cisco Catalyst 4000, I see the following message: "Password required, but none set." How can this be corrected?

Basically this means that under "line vty 0 4" you have "login" set but with no password. You need to get on the console and either take the "login" out or add a password in.
