Password violation in a Cisco 6006 and 6009, version 5.3(2)CSX.

Recently there was a change of administration in my network and noticed there`s a way to violate password in catalyst 6006 and 6009, version 5.3(2) CSX, while starting process, but nothing related is documented. Could you please advise if there`s a version to solve this problem? What version fixes this problem?

You can do a password recovery from power on when connected via the console where the box lets you in with a blank password for a short period of time after bootup. Go to the password recovery sections on CCO.
