Periodic San in Change Audit

In the Change Audit, I get this report below after doing a periodic scan under the category inventory. Please what does this mean.?

These values are from a Catalyst switch (or so it would appear). They indicate work has been done on the switch port(s) listed. As inventory tracks the interfaces of the switch, any changes made will be reflected.
