We are running a database application called Genesis 2000, it is front end, and a lot of files are tranfered during its use. The app is very unpredictable over the T1 line. It works sometimes and other times it doesn't.
Sounds like an application problem to me. How loaded is your T1? I guess you could setup some QoS for the application traffic but it might be nice is you could get the application to be a little less "unpredictable".
