Policy Based Routing

I want to do basic PBR, If from this network going to this network next hop 10.x.x.x.

My challenge is I have a Cat4232L3 running 12.0. To the best of my knowledge Cisco does not Make 12.1 for this module and most PBR is on 12.1+.

I have been unable to apply "IP policy" command to interface. "Not supported"

Is/Was there a technology in the 4232 I can us to manage the routing? ACL..???

Re: Policy Based Routing

unfortunately, the goal you wnat to achieve is best accomplished by PBR. And as you found out, the 4232-L3 router card for Cat4000 does nto support this. You might want to look into SupII+ or above for Cat4000, they have an integarated L3 capability and does support PBR.
