Port-channel is down, but a port is connected on a 4006 switch

Has anyone seen this problem. I have a 4006 and the port-channel1.22 is down, but the port 3/2 on the switch is up. I checked cdp and don't see a neighbor to my other router and don't see anything with a show cam dynamic 3/2.

I bounce the port and everything comes back. Is this a bug?

Depending on your port channel configuration and the ports within it.. you might verify that all duplex,port speed,BCAST suppression, and other configurations on all port channel members are the same. If not a port can go into suspended state where you might see what you are seeing on your 4006.
