Port forwarding via 678

I have a DSL connection using a Cisco 678 with a public IP. I have an application that needs to access an internal IP via a port 5000-5099. I have entered the following

ip nat entry = 192.168.0.99, 50xx, 67.82.xxx.xxx, 50xx, tcp;

(xxx are real numbers)

Is this valid on a 678? Is this correct methodology?

Thank you in advance.
