POS runs by and by out of clock

Hello,

we experience that we loose this connection every now and then.

There has been a end to end measure. The line is OK.

Are the any recommendations how to configure both sites related to clocking ?

Maybe there is a complete other reason for this behaviour?

Since you say the line is ok, you can check other parameters like crc, clocking, framing and keepalives. Normally the clocking is set to line to sync to the one provided by the provider. In back-to-back environements, one of them can be set to internal and the other to the line. Check if you are able to see any errors/alarms in the 'show controllers' command.
