Possible Bug , with class-map and BGP in a 7513 router .

We are having a strange problem, where when we aply policy-map in ATM interfaces , it is OK , but when we remove this configuration we saw the messagem above in syslog server where the traffic in ATM interfaces stops completely and BGP stops a relationship with a neighbor too. Does anybody know something about it .

The problem is that when we apply the service policy , the traffic loose too much performance and after we remove it the BGP connection with the neighbor is reinitializing. Could somebody help with this problem ??? Thank tou very much ...
