Post error - Catalyst 2912

I've pulled a Catalyst 2912 out of storage, I get a failure during startup:

POST FAILURE: Data Buffer Test

It constantly reboots and does it again. I'd guess its fatal, but I haven't found anything in TAC to tell me for sure. What's the likely cause of this failure?

A POST test indicates hardware failure and needs to be replaced. I suggest that you open up a TAC case
