PPP problems with a 3745 router using modem and ISDN dial-up

Has anyone else experienced PPP (LCP) problems when using a 37xx series router as a RAS. More specifically the actual problem we see is intermittant connectivity when a client attempt a dialin. Some succeed,some fail. The problem exists for both PSTN and ISDN dialers (pstn onto MICA modems). If i swap out the router and use a 3640, with the exact same config and exact same software all works fine. I have even replaced the 3745 for another 3745 but get the same results.

Any thoughts, comments would be useful..

If you have access to Bug toolkit, check if there are any specific issues with the hardware and software that you are using.
