PPPOE and VPN

I am going to create a VPN from 2 branches to our main branch. The main branch has a DSL line. Each branch has a Cisco 2611 running Firewall software ver 12.04. I am getting a new DSL provider and they want me to use there router(Efficient Networks) which utilizes PPPOE. I have 5 static IP's to use.

Will this cause a problem creating the VPN tunnels from the branches to the main office because of the authentication that PPPOE uses?

The branches are going to be accessing a server at the main branch exclusively.

I am familiar with establishing a VPN, but will the PPPOE mess things up if users from the branches try to access the server at the main branch?

Thanks for any help.

Re: PPPOE and VPN

Here's a good starting point for setting up PPPoE:

Re: PPPOE and VPN

Hey Tony, I've been down that road, no fun. Cisco did send me a doc showing how to do it using a 2620. I can forward it to you if you send me your email address....
