Primary Rate E1 Queueing question

I am curious if anybody can help me, that may know how to change the queueing type for the individual b-channels on a dual E1 Channel card in a 7513 router. I can successfully change the D-channel from fifo to weighted fair queue but this does not change the individual b-channels, I have reset the line card and also the chassis with no luck.

Can anyone explain what issues can result, if any, if a remote point to point site via 64K ISDN using weighted fair queueing, is connected to an E1 primary Rate b-channel that is showing as Fifo?

The 7500 is running IOS 12.0(13) with 2x MIP Controllers cards, each with 2x Channelized E1 Ports.
