Priority Queueing and Rate Limiting CAT4K with S3

I am marking traffic with DSCP 46 on ingress (Fa3/33) and I need to rate limit all traffic to 20Mb/s on egress (Fa3/34) not dropping the packets marked DSCP 46. Is there a good way to do this?

I can suggest like this configuration. It's difficult to rate limit and to not drop marked packets. But what you can do is observe the traffic patterns of your DSCP marked packets and know how much avg bandwidth it needs.
