Priority Queuing ?

We have 2620 routers at our remote sites each between 256k-512k wan links. We are seeing that terminal server sessions at our remote sites are getting disconnected (random and only 1 or 2 at a time). We think it is large print jobs getting printed across the network to the remote site. Could we use priority queuing for this and would it help ? Has anybody experienced situations like this ?

Thanks

I have not experienced this situation. But, you can use Priority queueing to give highest priority to the terminal server traffic. You can also consider using some of the latest queueing techniques like LLQ which gives the advantage of Priority queueing and attemps to solve the problems in PQ like monpolizing of the link by any one type of traffic. You can find more information about different queueing techniques at http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/browse/psp_view.pl?p=Internetworking:Congestion_Management&viewall=true
