Private VLAN

Hello,

How can i creat a Private VLAN, if L3 is working as VTP Server, L2 as a VTP Client Switches.

Hi Mansoor,

You can create Pvivate vlans on VTP server and have it propogated to the cleint switches only if your are running VTP version 3. VTP version 3 has support of Private vlans.

i have a WS 3550-G12, not have a Version 3 ,2nd thing how can i configure a Private VLAN, give me any link regarding this.

Hi Mansoor,

Unfortunately to say 3550 doesnot support private vlans. This is also EOL and EOS.
