Problem adding devices config files...

Hi all,

I'm trying to add all of my Cisco devices configuration files in my RME database. Unfortunately some of them (isolated cases) wont cooperate !

One of them is a Catalyst 2950 with IOS ver. 12.0(5.3)WC(1). When I check this device attributes no errors are shown (r/w community OK, Local user OK, enable OK). But if i try to retreive the configuration in RME it shows "Failed".

What could be wrong here?!

Is there a list of things that must be enabled on the devices to allow config files retreival ?!

RME and IDU version?. When you do an Update Archive on this device, what is the reason of archive failure shown in RME?

Resource Manager Essentials 3.5 Incremental Device Update 5.0

It just shows "failed"...

When i do a "Check Devices Attributes" no errors are shown.
