Problem between 2948GL3 and User Tracking

A customer has got 3 2948GL3 (and others equipements like 3548 & 3524 XL) in his network.

The version used on 2948GL3 is :

IOS (tm) L3 Switch/Router Software (CAT2948G-IN-M), Version 12.0(14)W5(20) RELE

All equipment are well discovered with map.

But i got a problem with 2948 GL3 and User Tracking :

No equipement have found behind 2948GL3

and so User Tracking cannot discover any users or hosts from 2948GL3.

So we can't know what are adress mac connected to 2948GL3.

I haven't find bug on this equipement.

When i look this url :

it says that

ANI discovers hosts by reading the CAM tables from the discovered switches. If UserTracker is not listing some of the hosts in the network, you need to investigate where the discovery went wrong.

Select a missing MAC address at random and use the following example to determine where the discovery went wrong:

Switch1# show cam dynamic 2/2

But on the 2948 GL3 this command doesn't work.

How to display mac-address behind 2948GL3 ?

Or is it possible ?

Thank You.

Re: Problem between 2948GL3 and User Tracking

Per: you can try using the command:

show epc patricia interface fast 1 mac. You can use the show epc patricia interface mac to see the actual internal state of the bridge table entries (the patricia tree is the data structure used to store and access the bridge table).

Thank You for Your answer,

But i can't see the interaction between this command and usertracking.

So i think i will open a (new) case.
