Problem E3 Card Router

HELLO, My name is Moises I have two routers , i need to connect them.

1) First router the model is 10005 flash:c10k-p10-mz.120-22.S2.bin

2) Second router the model is 12406 flash:gsr-p-mz.120-22.S1.bin

They are connected to traves of link E3, my problem is the line protocol down in the Router 10005.

This is the configuration, router 10005

controller DSX3 1/0/1

dsx3mode e3

cablelength 10

description Back 12000

Serial1/0/1 is up, line protocol is down

Hardware is C10K E3/T3 Eight Port (E3 Mode)

Description: Prueba

Internet address is 192.16.10.9/30

MTU 4470 bytes, BW 34010 Kbit, DLY 200 usec, rely 255/255, load 1/255

Encapsulation HDLC, crc 16, loopback not set

Keepalive set (10 sec)

This is the configuration, router 12406
