There is a problem in ciscoworks 2000 ANI server. We are using CDone 3rd edition with campus manager 3.0. When i try for device support in ANI server, an error is reported saying that the server is not running.But when i inspect the process the ani server is running with busy flag set. I have restarted the process many times, still i am unable to get it.
Self test report of my server said that the jre 1.1.6 is failed.
is there any correlation between these two. As far as my cisco view is concerned, i am able to view cisco 3548, cisco 2950 switches and cisco 1538 hubs. but i am unable to view cisco 6006 and cisco 4006. It is reporting an error saying that the time exceeded. Even with max time setting for snmp try i am unable to fix it.
kindly help me in sorting out this problem.
